Emma at myBunjee initially contacted us regarding ways to increase sales of their unique products on their website. Additionally they were due to launch several new products which they wanted to promote to their existing database of clients.
Working closely with Emma we devised an email marketing campaign specifically targeting existing customers. We managed the campaign from start to finish whilst also developing elements of the website in order to increase customer conversion and maximise sales.
Following each and every campaign, myBunjee experienced an increase in sales across all targeted product ranges.

After revamping the checkout process on the website, users who previously experienced difficulties paying for items were now able to enjoy a smooth customer experience when purchasing products.
Product sales were increased as a result of both their email campaigns and the improved customer journey implemented on their website.
As a subsequent result of multiple email marketing campaigns, customer engagement greatly improved with many more enquiries being received regarding product variations and stock.
