Ameriesko, a brand new chain of coffee shops, first hit the streets of Liverpool in January 2016. We were tasked with creating a standout and unique brand reflecting the core values of an American themed coffee shop which also celebrated earthy coffee and American television.
After an initial consultation with the company owner, Steven, we conducted a research and design phase submitting a number of strong brand ideas and logos for consideration. Each logo and brand were considered and minor tweaks were made to ensure all the logos presented were polished and ready for the final selection process. After further discussion among the key stakeholders within Ameriesko the final logo was decided upon (this can be see at the top of this page). Once agreed, we were able to proceed with applying the agreed branding to all the touch points required.
Ameriesko opened their first store on the 22nd January with their second store opening a week later in Hatton Garden, Liverpool. Initial feedback received online and in store was extremely positive with the opening nights being a huge success. All print materials, clothing and shop signage were delivered on time and budget to ensure a smooth opening first few days. Each store now has it’s own website landing page collecting users data, a new CMS website is in production and will be online soon.
Working with Steven and his team to create the ‘Ameriesko’ brand has been a fantastic experience and one that the whole team have enjoyed thoroughly throughout. It’s always so rewarding to see a logo and brand designed on paper in the studio up in lights on a busy commuter route in Liverpool.
